At BotLinx, we aim to deliver the best AI chatbot services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Subscription Plans
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for partial usage of subscription. However, if you raise a refund request and our team verifies that your case is eligible (e.g., technical issues on our end preventing service delivery), we may issue a full or partial refund. Approved refunds will be processed securely via Razorpay back to your original payment method, and may take 10–15 business days to reflect.
3. Trial Period
If a free trial is available, we recommend testing the service before upgrading to a paid plan. This ensures you are satisfied with BotLinx before committing to payment.
