Free Trial Policy

BotLinx offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start. We encourage all users to fully explore the platform during this period to ensure it meets their needs.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the high operational costs associated with AI processing and document indexing, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid billing cycle has commenced. However, we review special cases on an individual basis.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current paid billing period.
